Steve Corradi- Business Development Manager

Krystal King- General Manager

With a double degree in Marketing and Tourism behind her, as well as a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, Krystal has an extensive knowledge of the training and education industry. After years working in an industry that requires consistent and regular training, she is well placed to understand the importance of keeping up to date with your skills.

Starting with I Want That Course in early 2011 Krystal assists many corporate clients with their training and course requirements.

As the Operations Manager for I Want That Course, Krystal can see that many individuals and companies will benefit from I Want That Course's training packages.

Krystal says she gets the greatest rewards from her work, especially when she sees someone 'sincerely' committing themselves to the training and watching them grow as a result.

Alex Kaletsch- Data Entry Officer

With a certificate III in Information Technology behind him, Alex has an extensive knowledge working with computers. He has gained experience with Dreamweaver used to design webpage’s and also setting up video conferences.

Starting with I Want That Course in mid 2011, Alex assists Krystal King (Operations Manager) with data entry. Alex enjoys this very much as he gains satisfaction to helping the organisation as well as enhancing his skills.

Jenny Lister – Administration Manager

The newest member to the team has over 17 years of knowledge and experience working directly with a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) delivering primary health care worker training to indigenous clients throughout Queensland. Gaining experience in administrative and financial management of not for profit aboriginal corporations, state and federal government funding contracts, ABSTUDY, student support and enrolment procedures. Jenny possesses the skills in providing excellent customer service and administrative support for the team at I Want That Course by coordinating and managing accurate and up to date reports with attention to detail, being one of the many attributes that Jenny brings with her.

A qualified Justice of the Peace and valuable member of the community, Jenny's passion and commitment to accept new challenges shines through.

 Peppi Iovannella - Director

Peppi has been a director of I Want That Course since June 2010. He is the owner and sole director of Down Under Cruise & Dive and Australasian Adventures trading as The Adventure Company.

He has been involved in the tourism industry for over 30 years, has operated a bus and coach operation in Melbourne, coach tours around Australia, and express services between Australian capital cities from 1972 to 1986.

Since relocating to Cairns in 1986 Peppi has devoted the last 25 years developing and operating reef cruises and dive tours to the Great Barrier Reef along with day tours to Cape Tribulation and the Daintree Rainforest.

Over the 25 years Peppi has become the largest Learn to Dive training company in Australia teaching over 6000 students per year.

Peppi has operated 4 vessels a day to the reef, carrying over 300 passengers per day, employing over 100 staff with a turnover in excess of $10M.
Peppi has been one of the pioneers in tourism in North Queensland, he has held the position of chairman on the North Queensland Marine Tourism Board and has represented the marine and dive industry at board level through advisory committees to the state and federal government. He also holds Board positions on the Official Melbourne, Sydney And Perth Visitor Centres.
