E commerce is short for “electronic commerce”. This course is designed to help you develop an ability to manage commercial transactions electronically, particularly via the internet. It covers management, processing and primarily marketing. The focus is on the internet which makes this course excellent for mangers and marketing people who are good with general marketing but not very sure about marketing on the web.
What will you achieve from this course?
After completing E Commerce you will be able to differentiate between successful and unsuccessful e commerce operations, and identify key factors in their success or failure. You will have knowledge of e commerce strategies on a web site in order to improve performance with respect to stated goals as well as e commerce tools for managing the supply of goods, services and cash flow.
