If you are looking to expanding your servicing skills more into troubleshooting and hardware diagnostics this course is for you! You will develop an ability to independently undertake routine maintenance and analyse faults in personal computers.

After completing Computer Servicing Intermediate (II) you will have the knowledge necessary to develop procedures for routine hardware and software maintenance of computer systems, as well as be able to determine different sources of faulty hardware and software in PC computer systems. You will have developed a systematic approach to solving problems, a basic understanding of diagnostic testing with self tests and diagnostic cards and much more!
