This course is relevant to all businesses, and will assist anyone who needs to perform periodic reconciliation functions using MYOB business management software.
Course Pre-requisites
Microsoft Windows experience, solid knowledge and experience in setting up and working with a company file, or completion of the "Setting Up" and “Day to Day Processes” MYOB courses.
Lessons:
- Use the Company Data Auditor
- Find and fix imbalances when reconciling your bank account
- Review and reconcile payroll information – PAYG & Superannuation
- Reconcile your GST Control Accounts
- Complete your BAS using BASlink
- Review your financial reports
- Start a new financial and payroll year
- Provide information to your accountant via MYOB business management server
- Generate and customise reports in MYOB
- Backup, restore and optimise your company file
