This qualification covers childrens services workers who may operate at an advanced level in early childhood education and care to: provide specialist services; act as a resource for other workers; provide practice supervision of staff including volunteers; work intensively with clients and; work with clients with complex needs.

Delivery mode
Distance/Blended Students successfully complete the theory booklets, reflections, workplace supervisor completes 3rd party feedback forms, may be followed by an onsite practical assessment or equivalent and or interview with trainer/assessor.

Assessment is comprised of written tasks, practical demonstrations and 3rd party observations.
