A step on from Beginners Self-Sufficiency (I), this course will develop your cooking, bottling and productive gardening skills whilst at the same time emphasising health and nutrition. Understand the importance of good health in a self-sufficient lifestyle and how to provide your own food.
What will you achieve from this course?
Through completing Advanced Self Sufficiency you will gain an understanding of nutrition and how to balance your diet. You will also learn how to produce, process, store, and use different types of food including berries, nuts, milk, cheese, eggs, bread, preserves, & dried food. You will know how to cook, freeze, dry and bottle produce as well as make bread and plan a vegetable garden to give produce all year round.
