This course provides effective training for people working, or wishing to work, in the landscape industry; either in their own business, or at a supervisory level for someone else. It will develop your design skills, as well as give you basic knowledge of horticultural practices, management, plant identification and use, plus marketing and more! This course places an emphasis on the various styles of garden design and involves 30 lessons.
What will you achieve from this course?
After completing a Certificate in Garden Design, you will have the knowledge and skills necessary to draw landscape plans, compile specifications, and prepare cost estimates. You will be able to choose appropriate surfacing, structures and plants for different projects as well as have a strong understanding of the relationship between design and construction when designing a garden.
