This certificate course is awarded by the Royal Horticultural Society (RHS) in England. To obtain the certificate you must sit and pass written exams conducted under supervision and assessed by the RHS. Exams can be arranged to be sat anywhere in the world and are offered twice annually. A separate fee applies for exams. It is set by and must be paid to the RHS. The course covers plant selection and planning, garden establishment and maintenance, the production of outdoor fruit and vegetables and the use of protected environments.
What will you achieve from this course?
After completing the RHS Level II Certificate 2 in the Principles of Garden Planning, Establishment and Maintenance you will have an understanding of garden design principles and how to apply them, as well as understand basic cultural operations and production methods for outdoor vegetables and fruit crops. You will have knowledge of environmental controls, garden maintenance, how to care for indoor plants and more!
