This course develops the "people skills" side of training. It shows you how to handle students more effectively and how to bring out their enthusiasm and keep them committed to their studies. It also helps you to understand how best to diffuse problems that might undermine a students ability to effectively learn.
What will you achieve from this course?
After completing Classroom Delivery Skills you will have developed knowledge of the role of communication between individuals in optimising the benefit of education as well as strategies to improve listening, practical techniques to manage your pupils as well as your own stress levels and understand how to facilitate mediation in conflict situations.
