This course develops skills to manage fitness oriented services as well as covering fitness program management such as fitness testing, exercise programming and prescription. The course also looks at your leadership skills and helps you develop understanding of the required qualities of leaders in this industry.
Suggested Prior Learning: Health and Fitness (I) or a recognised fitness leaders certificate.
What will you achieve from this course?
After completing Health & Fitness Intermediate (II) you will have the knowledge necessary to confidently design and manage a fitness program. You will be able to effectively lead a fitness program, to any number of people, including large groups or an individual.
