Health and Fitness are simply some of the many different words used to describe people being in good condition. There are many different services and products on offer which promise to improve or maintain a state of wellbeing, and any (or all) of these goods and services might be considered to be part of the health and fitness industry. This course builds on the concept of Emotional or Mental Health, Structural Health and Chemical Health.
What will you achieve from this course?
After completing Health and Wellbeing you will have an understanding of how to overcome modern lifestyle problems, what it means to eat well, and how to manage your stress levels. You will be better able to prevent health problems in your life, have knowledge of alternative medicines and also have basic first aid skills!
