Anxiety, tension, and mental and emotional strain are all common problems in today’s society. This course introduces you to some practical approaches to managing stress, covering subjects such as self esteem, career goals, relaxation, personality types and much more!
What will you achieve from this course?
After completing Stress Management you will have an understanding of the changes that occur to the body as stress develops, the relationship between lifestyle and stress, and the impact of drugs on the psychology of a person. You will understand the importance of self esteem and career choice in minimizing stress and be able to identify the effect personality type has on stress levels.
