Writers are employed both by publishers and advertising companies, or they may work freelance. The publishing industry is much more than just writing. It also employs editors, graphics technicians, photographers, artists, salesmen, clerks and managers. This course will teach you about the industry and lay a solid foundation for the development of more specialized skills.
During the course you will undertake four core modules, three stream modules, plus a workplace project on the publishing industry. Each module is a Short Course in its own right and may be studies separately.
