This course will develop your skills and understanding of psychological principles for use in sports. It covers motivation, team dynamics as well as psychological traits of successful athletes.
What will you achieve from this course?
After completing Introduction to Sports Psychology you will understand the effects of state of mind on athletic performance and the recommended ways of maintaining or increasing motivation in an athlete. You will have knowledge of the positive and negative application of aggressive emotions in sport and the impact on performance of psychological interactions within a sporting team.
