This course will develop your skills and ability to manage a retail business as well as your knowledge of identification, care and handling of plants and other products sold through retail nurseries. The course is designed to train managers and supervisors rather than workers.
The Advanced Certificate involves four core modules plus three specialist modules of study relating to the management and operation of a retail nursery. Each module is a Short Course in its own right and may be studied separately. You must also complete a 200hr workplace project. This specifically aims to provide you with the opportunity to apply and integrate skills and knowledge developed through your studies.
