This course complements Engineering (I), developing skills to apply appropriate and innovative engineering solutions to improve efficiency and productivity in agriculture and horticulture. It covers: surveying, earthworks, water management, environmental control (heating, cooling, ventilation, etc.), fencing, chemical applications, mechanising manual tasks and more!
What will you achieve from this course?
After completing Engineering Applications you will understand the operation of equipment commonly used to apply pesticides and other chemicals in both horticultural and agricultural workplaces as well as appropriate fencing to use for different purposes, procedures for improving work tasks, the effectiveness of engineering applications and more!
