This course is designed to help you develop the skills and knowledge needed to plan, conduct and report on research on social, technological and environmental issues that impact on Horticulture today.
What will you achieve from this course?
After completing Horticultural Research I you will be better able to conduct preliminary investigations to determine areas where there is a valid need for research as well as demonstrate and explain the basic statistical methods used for research. You will have knowledge of research methods including experimental techniques and be able to prepare a research report which conforms to industry procedures.
