Advanced Aerobics is all about getting the heart beating and pumping blood around the body in a high-energy work out set to fast paced music. Being an aerobics instructor takes huge amounts of physical energy and the ability to communicate openly with others supporting them throughout the class, ensuring they are safe and taking part in exercises which are effective and beneficial! This course is designed to teach you what is required of you if you want to be an Advanced Aerobics Instructor!
What will you achieve from this course?
After completing Advanced Aerobics you will have the knowledge necessary to devise sets of relevant exercises into class programs, recognise guidelines for safety and efficiency of movement, as well as understand the importance of room conditions. You will be better able to manage your workload, help your students to stay motivated and keep your classes fresh and varied.
