This course aims to develop your ability to manage different types of travel products, with a particular focus on special interest tourism. It builds an understanding of opportunities in such things as business tourism, festival tourism, cultural tourism, environmental tourism, senior tourism, food and wine tourism.

What will you achieve from this course?

After completing Special Interest Tourism you will have an understanding of many sectors of tourism and how best to manage the number of visitors at a venue, plan package holidays and evaluate the tourism potential of events and festivals.  You will have an understanding of the wide range of accommodation services provided in the tourism industry and much more!
