IWTC Terms & Conditions

I Want That Course is not a Registered Training Organisation (RTO). The RTO selected to deliver your accredited course (if you have selected an accredited course) may vary depending on course location, delivery method and price. If you wish to discuss your training supplier in more detail before enrolling into any course with us, please feel free to contact any of our friendly staff to discuss in more detail.

Please read this agreement carefully as acceptance of these terms and conditions is a condition of booking and is your acknowledgement that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by them.

I Want That Course Pty Ltd ACN: 136766777 Trading as I Want that Course which will herein be referred to as IWTC. IWTC may modify this agreement at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting the modified agreement on the Website.

You authorise our agents to charge all fees (plus GST if applicable) incurred to the credit card designated by you. If payment is not received from the card issuer or its agents for any reason, you agree to pay us all amounts due on demand.

IWTC reserves the right to charge amendment or cancellation fees depending on circumstances and conditions.

Cancellations & Refunds

IWTC endeavours to honour every course sold via its portal www.iwantthatcourse.com, over the telephone, via email request, fax and any other means of acceptable communication, however should a third party training provider:

- cancel a course

- postpone a course

- reschedule the course to an unsuitable time or location

IWTC will request an alternate training provider to fulfil the training requirement. Should all efforts to reschedule the training fail, we will refund all fees within 14 business days of the cancellation notification being received by IWTC in writing. All of the courses sold by IWTC and displayed at www.iwantthatcourse.com are sold on behalf of third party training providers. With the exception of the course fee and booking fee IWTC accepts no responsibility for any incidental costs incurred in relation to the course/s booked via IWTC.

Unless otherwise specified, IWTC’s cancellation policy is applicable for every course sold. Our cancellation policy is:

Courses booked from I Want That Course are non-refundable as they are delivered by third parties.

If a course refund is being requested, a claim needs to be made in writing to I Want That Course within 10 business days.

I Want That Course will notify you of the outcome of the refund request within 15 business days of the written request being received.

If successful you will be refunded the full course fee, less original booking fee and less a cancelation fee of $20. This refund will be made to your nominated bank account within 10 business days of being notified of the successful outcome.

Refunds will only be acted upon if received by I Want That Course in writing. If you do not agree to the outcome of your refund request, please notify us in writing to customercare@iwantthatcourse.com

NOTE: Correspondence courses are deemed to have commenced once the material has been sent and therefore so no refund is available once this point is reached. Notice to cancel a correspondence course must be given prior to the postage of the material, and within 14 days of purchase, whichever is sooner.

IWTC owns the copyright for all material presented on this site excluding training course information provided by the Training Providers. Some courses outlined on this site are licensed from ACS Distance Education. ACS retain copyright over such courses and related information.  The trade marks www.iwantthatcourse.com.au™ and one or more artistic works are trade marks of IWTC. All rights reserved. All literary and artistic works and compilations of information are the subject of Australian and International copyright ©.

Credit Card Fraud

IWTC takes the appropriate steps and uses security technology to ensure your credit card details are not stored and kept safe during transactions. We will not be responsible for and direct or indirect damages or consequential losses suffered if a credit card is fraudulently used or is used in an unauthorised manner.

Responsibility for Your Password & Login

To enrol into any online course with IWTC you will require a login and password. You are solely responsible for the confidentiality of your password and login name. You may change your password at any time via your own profile. You may, at any time, remove your profile from www.iwantthatcourse.com.au

Disclaimer

You are solely responsible for the suitability of any training which you purchase, whether for yourself or on behalf of another person, business or entity, by means of the Service. In particular, we are not liable for any inconvenience caused or expense incurred as a result of any unsuitability of training, except to the extent that liability in relation to those matters may be imposed on us by legislation that cannot be excluded.

IWTC accepts no responsibility or liability for any failure or delay on the part of any third party in providing training services to you where your booking has been properly processed by it; nor is IWTC’s responsible for any acts or omissions of training providers or other third parties in the course of delivery of such training services, except to the extent that responsibility for those matters may be imposed on IWTC by legislation that cannot be excluded. Where IWTC is liable to you under these terms and conditions its liability will be limited to providing the relevant training services again or to refunding money paid in relation to services not provided because of IWTC’s default. Where refunds are due to you from third party suppliers of training services, IWTC will provide reasonable assistance to you in claiming such funds from those suppliers. To the maximum extent permitted by law, IWTC excludes all liability for direct, indirect, consequential or incidental damages, lost profits or savings or damages for disappointment.

IWTC accepts responsibility for the performance of this role and for the negligence of its employees. However, to the maximum extent permitted by law, IWTC disclaims all liability for any technical errors, corruption of data, unauthorised access to your personal data, inaccuracies in information supplied by third parties, or failure by IWTC to complete bookings where that failure is due to circumstances beyond it's control.

At IWTC we strive for the information provided on this website to be as accurate and true as possible at the time of publishing. As the information on this website, provided by third party companies, is out of our control, IWTC does not warrant that it is free from errors or omissions.

You agree that any content viewed, downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the service is done so at your own discretion and risk. IWTC will not be liable for any losses incurred as a consequence of booking on the IWTC site.
